6 Corners Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a commercial photography and video production
studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. This page explains what personal information we collect,
why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
- Enquiry forms on this website. Your name, email address, phone number,
the page you enquired from, and whatever you write in your message. - Chat messages. If you message our LINE Official Account or our Facebook
Page, we receive and store your messages, your display name and your public profile picture,
so we can answer you and keep track of your enquiry. - Email. Messages you send to our mailboxes, and our replies.
- Project information. For clients: billing details, delivery addresses,
product samples you send us, and the photographs and video we produce for you. - Website analytics. Anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site
(pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type).
We do not collect or store credit card or bank card numbers. We are not
paid by card; payment is by bank transfer, Thai QR / PromptPay, or Wise.
Automated replies in chat
Enquiries sent to our LINE Official Account and our Facebook Page may be answered by an
automated assistant, so that questions about pricing, services and studio location get a quick
answer outside working hours. Your messages are processed to generate those replies, and a
member of our team can step into any conversation at any time. If you would prefer to speak
to a person, simply say so in the chat.
Why we use it

- To issue quotations, invoices and receipts, and to keep the accounting records Thai law

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.
Photographs of people
Where a shoot includes people — models, staff or event guests — the images belong to the
commissioning client and are used for the purpose agreed in that booking. We may show selected
work in our portfolio. If you appear in an image on this site or our social media and want it
removed, email us and we will take it down.
Who else sees your information
We keep your information on our own systems wherever we can. Some of it necessarily passes
through the services we use to run the studio:
- Our website host and content delivery network, for the site itself
- LINE and Meta (Facebook), for messages you send us on those platforms — their own privacy
policies apply to your use of them - Google, for anonymous website analytics
- Our email provider, for correspondence
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep the site working correctly and to collect anonymous visitor
statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years. Client project records,
invoices and the finished work are kept for at least five years, as Thai accounting rules
require, and often longer so that past clients can ask us for their files again.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to show you the personal
information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email
[email protected] and we will respond within
30 days. There is no charge.
How to delete your data
To have your personal information deleted from our systems, including any chat history from
LINE or Facebook Messenger:
- Email [email protected] with the subject
line Data deletion request. - Tell us how you contacted us — the email address, phone number, LINE display name or
Facebook name you used — so we can find your records. - We will delete your enquiry and chat records and confirm by email within 30 days.
Please note that where we have invoiced you, we are required by Thai law to retain the
accounting record of that transaction, so those specific records cannot be deleted on request.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from
children through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date
at the top.
