These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which 6 Corners Studio
provides photography and video services. The commercial terms of any particular job — scope,
price, deliverables, timing and usage rights — are the ones written on the quotation we issue
for that job, and those take precedence over anything on this page.

Quotations and bookings
Prices shown on this website are a guide. A job is confirmed when you accept a written
quotation from us and a shoot date is agreed. Studio visits, drop-offs and shoots are by
appointment.
Payment
We accept Thai bank transfer, Thai QR / PromptPay, and Wise for clients outside Thailand.
We do not accept credit or debit cards or PayPal. Final files are delivered once payment is
complete, unless the quotation says otherwise.
Products sent to us
Where you ship or drop off products for photography, you are responsible for the cost of
sending them. We handle them with care and return them by arrangement, but we cannot accept
responsibility for items damaged in transit by a courier.
Shoots at your location
For shoots away from our studio, the client arranges the venue and any filming permission
required, and covers any venue fee. Wardrobe and clothing are the client’s responsibility —
we do not provide wardrobe styling, clothing rental or location scouting.
Images and usage
The usage rights granted for each project are set out in the quotation for that project.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show selected work from a project in our own
portfolio and social media. If you need that excluded, tell us before the shoot and we will
note it on the quotation.
Artificial intelligence in our work
Some of the images we produce are AI-assisted: we photograph your real product and then
build the surrounding scene, background and lighting digitally around that real photograph.
The product itself, including its packaging and labelling, is always the genuine photograph.
Where a project uses this method it is stated on the quotation, and we will always tell you
if you ask.
This website
The text, photographs and video on this website belong to 6 Corners Studio or to our clients
and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and
available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or always online.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
